Ronnie was born and raised in Quisao, Pililla, Rizal, Philippines. He moved to Santa Clarita, California in 2006. He is married to his wife, Arlene, for eighteen years. They are blessed to have four children—North, Zoe, Kayla, and Elise; and two grandchildren—Lucas and Dara.
Ronnie, an entrepreneur and founder of DJ RONN Events, started his DJ career in 1992. During college, he revived and led a collegiate fraternity chapter at the University of the East (Caloocan), where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also became the Vice President of that organization's national council before he graduated.

As his first profession, he worked as a telecommunications (RF) engineer for one of Asia’s top contracting companies, Nokia and Sony Ericsson. He was hands-on in building cell sites nationwide in the Philippines. Later, his company sent him to Jakarta, Indonesia, to establish a new branch. Seeking a better opportunity, he pursued a career working onboard international cruise ships. He was one of the pioneers of the newly created shipboard position as a Deck Clerk on a brand-new ship in Trieste, Italy. He trained many new-hire seamen to work as Deck/Technical Clerks on various ships, as he constantly worked and traveled around the world.
He then moved to America, gained solid experience in the e-commerce business, and became an ordained minister. He worked as a hospital chaplain during the pandemic. He planted both of their churches in the United States and the Philippines and authored a ministry handbook. He serves as a Lead Pastor of New Level Church, a United States Army Reserve Chaplain, and Vice President of Fil-Am Association of SCV. He also earned a Doctor of Theology and a Master of Theology from Endtime Ministries International Bible University, a Master of Biblical Studies from Bethesda University, a Ministerial Diploma in Biblical Studies from Angelus Bible Institute, and a Certificate of Chaplaincy from Promise Christian University.
Ronnie and his family enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, biking, and fishing. As a first-generation immigrant and someone who is “trained and seasoned” with life’s difficulties and struggles, Ronnie loves to share his personal testimony of how God changed his life. He is passionate about bringing encouragement, hope, and inspiration to others, especially to his “Kababayans,” Filipino-American community. He offers spiritual support to anyone in need, regardless of their religious background or faith tradition.
