  • Facilitated the relocation/move of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce from City Hall to the Westinghouse Building

  • Contributed to the Castaic High School infrastructure design as the KP Health IT Consultant

  • Volunteered at Golden Oak School by facilitating an ESL Students dialogue and discussion

  • Contributed to the expansion and growth of Castaic Lake Dragon Boat Club program as its Team Manager by promoting sportsmanship and camaraderie amongst its members; and by reaching out to local businesses and organizations

  • Facilitated and helped establish the Annual Porsche Club of America California Inland Region “Concours in the Canyons” at College of the Canyons

  • Participated in the annual MEND Food Bank (San Fernando Valley) volunteer program

  • Participated in the annual “Santa Anita Back To School Giveaway” event

 

Objective for the FilAm Association of Santa Clarita Valley

  • Promote the FilAm SCV culture to the SCV Community Leaders by participating in their programs and activities

  • Promote the Filipino culture to other organizations, businesses and groups within the Santa Clarita Valley through partnership and collaboration

  • Help grow the FilAm SCV Membership and retain members by introducing new programs/activities

  • Help promote health and wellness for its members and volunteers

  • Help obtain the necessary grant and funding for the FilAm SCV Association to build its own Community Center
